Darlings.
Friday: Headed down to meet OP!, Fullcrate and Mar @ Unionsquare (after trying to leave the apartment for 10years). Trying to coordinate us with 2 record-shopping-hungry-wolfs in Brklyn, miss e3na and my scottsmwoman... all this was much easier said than done. Finally we manged to almost get everyone together for dinner in Chinatown a la Vietnamese...

...after that the conclusion was 'Turntables on the hudson' (initially Wepa..but everything got delayed so we had to throw the events around a little in the schedule), due to food-coma, leaving-records-at-home-and-never-getting-out-again and other excuses that this house is built on ... only me and Blyth ended up going. Lead by her impeccable sat-nav 'Marge' we managed to walk from the subway to the party where Nickodemus and Recloose (Love 'em both, really nice people) were spinning. Blyth took a picture of me that I was planing to post...but I look like a drunk-freak in it... ok you know what...
Yesterday (Sunday): Me, Scribe and Jon Oliver attempted another Sunday-ride. The destination was Brklyn and Samchampion and Tiffany's BBq. This week there has been something in NY called fleet-week. A million US miltary (i guess navy?) hang out prior to memorial day/weekend.... this effected us in the way that Riverside (the river-stroll caresses Manhattan on the Hudson side, the west side.) was filled with soooooooooooo much people...to make a long story short... I ran over a kids leg and his bike hit me in my knee!! :(((. Really an awful experience, lucky the kid was ok...but still.
The BBQ in Bklyn was perfect, filled with beautiful souls - adults, kids and a little dog, a nice temperature and sun... what more can you ask for....
... after that we went to 'Dark Disco' where MJ Cole (remember...the 2-step guy), Actress, Kenny Dope and many more played... now my fingers are so tired from typing so I'm just going to post the rest of the pics. Love you dearies/Kissey
