Food,food, food. I have celebrated it any way possible, Swedish style x-mas eve, opening gifts yesterday, Jewish Dim Sum style in the afternoon. ...The snow-covering of NY started midday yesterday and lasted till late last night. We went out 3.30 this morning to play in the snow in the quite NY....and we weren't the only one.Today it's christmas food, baking and 'pyssel' to last a year. So exicted!

Bollock Subject...

I'm in a zone, the zone of creativity. Feels nice, haven't been this deep into it in almost 2 months. Starting to realise thou is that I repeat subjects. I guess that it's natural... we all have these different topics that are 'ours'. One of mine, however, is about how freaking FUTURISTIC this bloody song is. Seriously! I NEED to stop that. Isn't that the biggest downfall of being futurstic when you have to point out to your listener that it actually is...it's a little patronising actually...as if you guys aren't capable to judging if it's a 'yeaj' or 'nej' on your on.

...the first one was the record holder of the the Donkey Kong arcade game for years...the second man the challenger. I first thought this was a mocumentary...everyone is spitting one-liners as crazy. (real 'the Office style'). But after seeing the whole film, some googling and youtubeing. This drama is real! The first guy is serious. All I have to say is wow+ It's great to see people getting geeky about things I love it. This story is on the level of good vs evil. Who is who?

Check the nails out! fire :) The girls got it on. Thursday I met Gina Jean and her homegirl Venla Gina showed me her NY...Some thriftstores , some rock-goth places and the most amazing of all was in Korea-town...
...Woorijip. Fresh,Korean, tasty, Cheap food. The place is the girls favourite spot and I must say that it's on my favorite top5 list from now on too. Good one ladies!......In the evening I headed Cafe Vivaldi to hear Halina's Unplugged performance.

Cake Dream: CocoBananas...

Baked a cake last week that I forgot to tell you about. It had a Spelt Angel Pound Cake ('Sockerkaka') as base. 3 fillings in 1 layer: first a coconut buttercream filling + sliced bananas + vanilla pudding. I dressed it with a coconutmilk-frosting and decorated it with shredded coconut. After that it was time for 38 golden candles...and...it almost collapsed by the heat! had to grab the person who's cake it was so he could out it before the cake floated away...tasted yuuuuuuuuumm yummm...
